✅ Content Knowledge
- I have revised all topics on my Biology specification
- I have revised all topics on my Chemistry specification
- I have revised all topics on my Physics specification
- I know which topics appear on Paper 1 and which on Paper 2
- I have reviewed my required practicals for each subject
✅ Exam Skills
- I know how many marks each paper is worth
- I understand command words (describe, explain, evaluate, calculate)
- I have practised 6-mark extended writing questions
- I can show my working clearly in calculation questions
- I have practised past papers under timed conditions
✅ Retrieval Practice
- I am using active recall, not just re-reading notes
- I have identified my weak topics and am spending more time on them
- I am spacing out my revision rather than cramming
✅ Resources
- I have a revision timetable
- I have access to past papers and mark schemes (available free on your exam board's website)
- I have structured revision resources for each topic
✅ Wellbeing
- I am taking regular breaks (Pomodoro technique: 25 mins on, 5 mins off)
- I am getting enough sleep — memory consolidation happens overnight
