Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
We only offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The product has not been opened, accessed, or downloaded, and you can provide proof of this
- There was a technical error that prevented you from receiving the product
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at mrsfyfnt@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with proof that the product remains unopened.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after accessing the product
- Products that have been downloaded or opened
- Compatibility issues (please check product requirements before purchase)
Tutoring Session Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply to all tutoring bookings:
- More than 24 hours' notice — Full refund issued, or free to rearrange at no charge.
- Between 12 and 24 hours' notice — 50% refund issued.
- Less than 12 hours' notice — No refund will be issued.
