My Story
In 2025, at the age of 27, I was diagnosed with ADHD. Late diagnosed. Neurodivergent. And honestly? It changed everything.
So much of my life suddenly made sense — the way I learn, the way I teach, the way I think. All those years of feeling like I was working twice as hard as everyone else just to keep up. The diagnosis didn't change who I am, but it gave me the language to understand myself, and that is incredibly powerful.
As a science teacher, I've always been passionate about making learning accessible. But now I understand on a deeply personal level what it feels like to sit in a classroom and have information presented in a way that just doesn't click for your brain. That's why every resource I create is designed to be clear, structured, and neurodivergent-friendly — because I'm making the resources I wish I'd had.
Why ADHD UK?
